Festive Nooch Bites

Serves: makes about 12 trees
Prep: 20 min, baking: 15 min

Our infamous (well here anyway!) 'nooch bites' go festive ☃️

Recipe tip: You will need a Christmas tree shaped cutter.

 

What you’ll need:

  • 120g plain flour

  • 50g nooch

  • 100g of your favourite butter

  • 1tsp salt

  • 1 rounded tsp of smoked paprika

How to do it:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a Nutribullet or food processor

  2. Grease a baking tray

  3. Roll out your dough

  4. Cut into individual tree shapes and place on the tray

  5. Set your oven to 160C fan to heat while you chill your nooch bites

  6. Place the tray and bites in the freezer for 10 mins

  7. Bake for 10-15 mins or until golden brown and let them cool in the baking tray before carefully removing with a spatula
