Garlic, Herb and Nooch Bread

A healthier way to quickly make a foodie favourite 😍 Make this nutritious ciabatta as a snack or a tasty treat to share 😋

Recipe tip: You can add extra seasoning if you want but we think this works just as it is and it makes a healthier version of garlic bread to indulge in.

 

What you’ll need:

  • 1 ciabatta loaf

  • 2 big handfuls of fresh flat leaf parsley

  • 3 dessert spoons of our nooch nutritional yeast

  • 4 garlic cloves

  • A few big glugs of olive oil

How to do it:

  1. Cut the ciabatta lengthways down the middle so that you get 2 big slices. In this recipe we only use one slice but you can double up to make both if you’re sharing with friends.

  2. Put the parsley, nooch, garlic and olive oil into a blender and whizz to a paste. It doesn’t need to be completely smooth.

  3. Toast the bottom side of the ciabatta then spread the paste onto the untoasted side and put this under the grill for about 5 minutes.

  4. Slice into finger shapes, sprinkle more nooch and enjoy.
