How to do it:

  1. Rinse the kale leaves and pat dry

  2. Cut out centre stalks and cut into strips

  3. Pre-heat oven to 180 degree

  4. Spray an oven tray with olive oil

  5. Put the kale chips on the tray, spray with olive oil and sprinkle with nooch & bouillon

  6. Toss the 'chips' and cook in the oven for 5 mins

  7. Eat straightaway!
