Kale Chips

This quick and easy snack is a superfood pack with nutritions, but low in calories. Peter says: kale never tasted better!
Recipe tip: Experimet with seasonings to find your best combination
What you’ll need:
Bag of kale
Dash of olive oil
Engevita Nutritional Yeast to taste
Marigold Bouillon to taste
How to do it:
Rinse the kale leaves and pat dry
Cut out centre stalks and cut into strips
Pre-heat oven to 180 degree
Spray an oven tray with olive oil
Put the kale chips on the tray, spray with olive oil and sprinkle with nooch & bouillon
Toss the 'chips' and cook in the oven for 5 mins
Eat straightaway!
