Oatcake and Nooch Crumb

Serves: 4 people
Prep: 20 min

This delicious crumb idea is a game changer, adding a fantastic crunch and cheesy topping to soups, salads or snacks. We’ve served it hear with a tomato soup.

Recipe tip: You can store this in an airtight container for up to 1 week, so you can make a double batch if you love it as much as we do.

What you’ll need:

  • 1 pack of oatcakes (6 biscuits)

  • 2 tbsp of our nutritional yeast (or nooch)

  • A few glugs of olive oil

How to do it:

  1. Mix the oatcakes, nooch and olive oil in a nutribullet until you have a fine crumb.

  2. Heat the oven to 160 degrees and spread the crumb out on a roasting tin. Cook for 10 or so minutes just until the crumb is turning golden.

  3. Allow it to cool in the pan, then sprinkle to your heart’s content!
