Turmeric Latte

This is a superb winter warmer and so easy to make. Great for a healthy snack or a lunch option. Full of flavour and great nutrition.

Recipe tip: Enjoy with a sprinkle of pepper on at the end as it helps to absorb the anti-inflammatory benefits of the turmeric and tastes fantastic.

 

What you’ll need:

  • 1 cup of coconut milk (or your favourite milk)

  • ½ tsp of turmeric

  • ½ tsp nutmeg

  • 1 tsp of our Bouillon

  • A sprinkle of black pepper

How to do it:

So easy and straightforward. Add all the ingredients except the pepper to a saucepan. Stir well until warm and nearly simmering. Pour into a cup, then whisk or use a latte whisk to add a nice froth. Sprinkle some black pepper on and enjoy.
